Online registration for the 2014 Design of Medical Devices Conference ends at midnight CST on March 31. The conference is being held from April 7-10 at The Commons Hotel & McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis.
The conference consists of 4 days of workshops, symposiums, scientific poster sessions and technical/scientific sessions, including topics on prosthetics and orthotics, neuromodulation symposium, neuroengineering and surgical robotics, among others.
The prosthetics and orthotics symposium will be held on April 8. Abstracts include “The 5 C’s of Prosthetic and Orthotic Development,” “Bionic Ankle Prosthesis, Odyssey, Fully Powers Amputee Gait for Running and Walking,” and “Ankle-Foot Prostheses for Improved Balance and Stability During Standing and Slope Walking.”
On-site registration will be available. Group registration is available for organizations sending groups of 10 or more employees to the conference.
